Creative Health
Alongside my therapeutic work, I am an artist, creative health practitioner, and the founder of Hospitable Environment CIC, a socially engaged arts and wellbeing organisation.
Through this work, I have developed a deep interest in how people make meaning together through creativity, storytelling, and shared reflection. I have worked in partnership with University of Sussex and Brighton University on participatory and creative evaluation projects, including artist residencies and research projects. These experiences have shaped my commitment to listening closely to lived experience and valuing knowledge that emerges from relationships, practice, and community.
Creating hospitable, welcoming environments is central to all of my work, spaces where people feel safe to be curious, thoughtful, and honest about what matters to them. Whether in therapy, creative groups, or research and evaluation contexts, I see reflection and participation as vital tools for supporting dignity, learning, and collective wellbeing.
