Hello, I’m Eleanor Rose

My name is Eleanor Rose, and I am a therapist and creative health practitioner.

I am an Integrative and Humanistic Counsellor MBACP registered.

I am interested in how people make meaning in life, and in how care, creativity, and reflection can support both personal and collective wellbeing. At the heart of my work is a commitment to listening closely and working alongside people with respect and compassion.

My work is influenced by participatory, justice-informed, and narrative approaches, and by many years of working with people’s stories in community, arts, and health settings.

I bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and integrity to my practice, and I am committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and ethical care.

How I Work

I work in a person-centred, collaborative way.

That means:

  • You are the expert in your own life

  • We move at a pace that feels right for you

  • Your experiences are held with care and respect

  • We work together, rather than following a fixed formula

Alongside talking therapy, I may draw on creative, integrative modalities, and using nature and the natural world when they feel helpful always guided by your preferences and comfort.

My practice is informed by values of compassion, curiosity, equity, and social awareness. I understand wellbeing as something shaped not only by personal experience, but also by relationships, culture, and wider systems.

What I Offer:

Individual Therapy for adults, adolescents and children 5yrs+;

Creative & Reflective Practice; Individual and group

Community & Organisational Workshops, reflective spaces, and participatory learning for teams.

My Approach

My work is grounded in professional training in counselling alongside ongoing learning in creative health, participatory practice, and reflective inquiry. I have developed my approach through working in community, arts, and wellbeing settings, and through listening closely to the lived experiences of the people and groups I support. I am committed to ethical, thoughtful practice and engage in regular supervision and professional development to ensure my work remains responsive, reflective, and rooted in care.
